By accessing or using ColdCraft ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including free trial and paid subscribers.
2. Description of Service
ColdCraft provides AI-powered lead generation, email outreach, multi-channel automation, and AI voice agent services. Features vary by plan. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature with reasonable notice.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration. You are liable for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use ColdCraft for spamming, sending unsolicited bulk messages in violation of applicable laws (including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CASL), harassment, or any illegal purpose. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this policy.
5. Payment & Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or stated in our refund policy. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in service suspension.
6. Intellectual Property
ColdCraft and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ColdCraft and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your data and content.
7. Limitation of Liability
ColdCraft is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain your data for up to 30 days after termination before permanent deletion.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
